Newbie from Ft Pierce, Fl

Greetings and salutations my new friends and hopefully future colleagues. I am writing to you from sunny Fort Pierce Fl and was curious if there were any locals investors from my heck of the woods on these forums. I will be attending my second meeting this evening so I’m very excited about that but if any of you are from Martin, St Lucie, Brevard, Indian River, or even Palm Beach county drop me a line. I would very much enjoy hearing your insights/observations/experiences in those perspective markets PS if any of you are traveling to Zanzibar sometime in the near future, please drop a line for advice of places to go/things to do that are non “touristy”
