Inherited House Urania LA

I inherited my Grandmother's house earlier this year in the small town of Urania, located in Louisiana.  The house is an1800 sq ft pier & beam, 2/2, and located on a large lot.  I have been toying with the idea of selling it instead of renting do to the location to me.  Does anyone have an idea of the housing market in the area?
