Leaving Eastern NC to Escape Hurricane. Need Advice for Markets.

Since I have to leave the area, I may as well make it a business trip and find some good markets for rentals and house flipping. I am looking to scope out areas as well as meet with real estate agents since I will likely be in the area for about a week. I would also love to meet with any real estate investors in the area. Any advice and info AND PRAYERS would be greatly appreciated.
