Buying real estate in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

I found a 6 unit apartment bldg that is on the market that I would like to make an offer on. However, I am being informed it has a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee assigned to sell the property. Having no experience with this type of transaction, I was wondering if anyone could chime in with some experience in the acquiring process under chapter 7. Property is located in Texas.
