(New) Mortgage Loan Officer; Could use some advice from the pros

Hey everybody,

So, let me start with a brief introduction. I have been a loan officer for about a year and a half, I was doing 100% Refinances. A few weeks ago I started working for a new company that does 80-85% New Home Purchases. I just moved back to my hometown, Charlotte, NC, 2 months ago and I have virtually 0 Realtor relationships in the states where I am licensed.

I am just wondering if any of you borrowers, brokers, lenders, or agents out there have any advice regarding things that I could do to start building trusting relationships with Realtors in order to get some leads in my pipeline.

Honestly, thank you to those of you who took the time to read this, let alone respond :)

PLP

(peace, love & positivity)

Sincerely,

Dominic Balconi
