How to schedule closing.
I'm wondering if the seller and buyer are there at the same time when closing or can you schedule them at different times ??

@Tereak Sims Like Mike said most of the time the buyer and seller close at different title companies. A lot of cash deals close at the same title company. Find a good title company not all of them are investor friendly.
