Post sheriff's sale property
I attended our county's sheriff sale today. Didn't bid on anything, however, there is a property that I am interested in. It did not sell during the sale so the bank still owns it. How do I pursue it? Attorney handling the foreclosure? The financial institution?
In the past I've contacted the lender, however, they would not talk to me about it.
Thanks in advance!
