Portfolio Modeling Spreadsheet

I am new investor with one property and looking to scale.  I am having difficulty figuring out how to model a ramp up of acquisitions to determine how long it would take to replace my current income.  Has anyone built a spreadsheet that would model cashflows and increasing rents to help me figure this out.  Hoping to be able to add 2-3 doors per year with an ultimate goal of 25-30 doors.  thanks in advance for your input.
