Bought auction property. Previous owner eviction what notice form

Hello,

long time lurker here.

I just bought a house at auction with cash.  Previous owner is still occupying the house.  This was bought from the bank well after the foreclosure auction at the courthouse.  What notice/form do I use? Is it a typical 5 day 30 day type notice? There are not tenants so don't think those apply.

How much notice do I need to give them before I file an eviction request? I thought it was 30 but apparently that is for tenants only.

I asked my attorney as well earlier today but they are a bit slow to respond so I thought I would ask here first.

Eric
