Hi all, I am located in central Orlando, Florida and I’m looking into buying multi family property as an investment for rental. However, I am aware the real state market is at its peak right not and could drop substantially in the next two or three years. What is your opinion on this? Should I wait or should I buy and flip since the prices are high?
