Moving to Austin - Lowest property tax areas? First time buyer!

I’m moving to Austin and my wife and I have intentions of buying our first home. I’ve been looking at property taxes and they look significantly high, unless I’m looking in the wrong areas. We will most likely rent an apt for the first year but we want a head start on where to look for lowest tax areas and possibly new developments that are happening. Would love any advice on what the market is like and how we should prepare. Thanks!!!
