Which Software do you use for Lead Management?

Hello there. I'm curious to know which software everyone uses for prospects, leads etc. I've been thinking about Realeflow, but $100/month sounds a bit too high and it has many feature I just don't need. I'm just looking for something to add leads into and something for followups. Another thing would be for my VA can go on as well. I've also been thinking about Excel, but that would be a lot of sending emails back and forth between my VA and I.
