Is title company suggested by buyer's bank good to use?

As a seller, is it good to use a title company suggested by the buyer's bank?

It seems like some collusion would occur.

I might sell my home to my sister, and thus once the purchase contract is completed, the title company can handle the close.

I could use the bank's suggestion or just use the title company I used when I bought the house.
