Filthy Riches Program?

I am looking into getting this program called Filthy Riches from Larry Goings.  Is there any investors out there that have purchased it and if so did you take action?  Did you buy any deals? Where you able to sell them fast as the programs says?   I am from TX and investing in other states makes me a little nervous.   Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
