Do I need Commercial agent or is Residental agent good
Hello everybody, I am currently searching in several markets for small to medium multi family preferably 24 to 30 units. I am working with residential agents but I am wondering if I need to search out a designated commercial agent/broker. Does it really make a big difference? I have bought 17 residential units in past but only now going into bigger multi. Any information would be great!! thanks
