So we have just closed deal number 8 for the month of August.  Don't let me fool you these were obviously being worked and in the pipeline.  I am looking for more ways to increase closings? Do any of you have any viable marketing hacks?  We do lots of things but I am very picky about my approach.  I would be happy to discuss different tactics and strategies with you.  We all know persistence is key but what is working for you today?
