Im not saying RE is going up or down. It is not far fetched to say current day RE is fully or richly priced. The numbers say so.
Remember a few years back GE was scooping up oil assets when they were fully priced.Look what happened to GE. They on their on knees crying uncle.
This could be YOU! Buy only if the numbers make sense.
