I’ve just recently placed my first home under contract & I am really excited after running the numbers and knowing that this a great deal ! Only thing , i have no buyers and I am looking for a place to post my deal to hopefully gain some attention & possibly a buyer. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks In advance.
