Contents of a buying "checklist"

In addition to spreadsheets, I was curious if anyone uses a checklist when analyzing properties; a series of questions, reminders, and information to acquire as a guide you use?  Although I'm sure we all do this mentally I was considering developing one in print to go along with spreadsheets to make sure there isn't anything overlooked when considering a property.  If you all have one and are inclined to share its contents that would be great and thank you!
