Amortization Schedule Help Please
Hello, the IRA firm I'm working with wants a Amortization Schedule for the private lender I'm working with. The terms are $187k at 12% interest only monthly payment. Does anyone where I could find a nice Amortization Schedule I could print out and give to them?
I appreciate it.
Thank you again.

You don't need a schedule for the payments though because the loan does not amortize.
