How do i learn wholesaling?

Hello fellow BP members. I am looking for the best way to learn the ins and outs of wholesaling. I was working with a Investor that was out of state and I was basically bird dogging. The whole experience wasn't very well. One thing I got out of it was that I could get started in real estate doing what he was doing (wholesaling). What is the best course, book or any other means to learning how to wholesale real estate? I know the basics, but I do not have the confidence to fully jump in. I need knowledge which will give me the confidence. I am near the Memphis area and will be focusing on that market.
