Looking for software to organize buyers/sellers

Does anyone have any suggestions on a particular software or app they use to organize their information. I am a wholesaler looking to organize buyers, sellers, lead follow up, etc.

Hi! I use Highrise Hq its free up te 250 contacts... I'm a wholesaler and it has been a lifesaver... I can input leads/sellers that I spoke to and I could also set the calendar of when to follow up for example every two weeks or every month it sets an alarm and remind you who you need to follow up with) we all know that the money is in the follow-up  so check it out  it has really helped me to become more organized and instead of scribbling things on paper  and shoving it in my pocket or forgetting about it later  everything is organized and streamlined hope this helps !
