Benefits of having an agents license in Texas
I have some experience in both passive and active real estate investing so I am not a total newbie, but I'm getting prepared to go full time. I have a lot of learning to do. My last active investment was a SF in the Woodlands which we eventually sold in 2015 after a 5 year hold. I'm now looking to do my first deal in small MF somewhere in South Texas. Two questions: how will getting my RE Agent license benefit me in my investing pursuit? Ditto for Mortgage Broker license.
I have my own list of pros/ cons but looking for a broader list from those with more experience.
