Should I sell this property or hold into it?
I own a house that was built in Sun City Az in 2013 that I paid 274k for. Business required me to move out of state in 2015 so I had to find renters. The current tenants have been in the house and haven't missed a payment since February 2015. Their rent is 1400/Mo and my current piti payment is 1600. I also pay a property management company 75/mo to take care of the property, so I'm losing about 275.00 a month while at the same time having them pay down the mortgage. I currently owe 250k and could possibly sell it right now for 310-325k before all fees. Do you think it would be better at this time to sell this property or hold onto it? Thank you for your time.
