How to I get funding for properties with no money?

I am wanting to know how I would be able to fund a property without having the cash myself or having a close connection that has cash.  I am just beginning this journey and I see properties that would be good to invest in.  Thank you.

Long story short it is a total myth, especially in any area where a house is 6 figures.  buying $40k houses, maybe rich uncle will give you the $, but good luck finding someone to lend you 100 grand.  save some $, do it right...
