How can I research new lis pendens? Help!!!

I’m trying to figure out how to reach home owners before they go into foreclosure, I’m brand new and been doing some research in the past few days and I’m having a hard time finding this information! Is the a list of all the Notices of Default in the county or do you have to search a specific property? Does this information include the homeowners phone number? I would really appreciate some tips! Thanks!
