Portfolio Lenders in Southeast PA

Hi everyone, I'm looking at purchasing our second multi family home coming up soon and wanted to see if anyone has used or is using any local banks that offer portfolio loans in Southeast PA. I want to find a lender that would entertain a lower down payment on a property that should cash flow very well but I want to be out of pocket as minimal as possible.
