Selling my mothers house

Looking for some advise. My mother owns a house in Puerto Rico. She has told me to sell it for her. The only problem is that she doesn't want to travel there. What is the most cost effective way that she can give me the power to sell her home?

I would imagine that you can ask her to execute a power of attorney authorizing you to sell the house.

Unless you decide to do a For Sale By Owner(FSBO) you will need to connect with an agent to sell the house.
You may want to connect with an agent and see what is required for you to sell your mother's house.
