Probate List: How old or new can my list be?
Hello BiggerPockets Members,
We're planning on getting a probate list that the county we live in provides. The probate list that are generated are organized by month. For those who send out direct mail using probate list I was wondering what has worked out best? Should I get the the most current list (this month), 2 months, 3 months, etc? Would getting a probate list that was just generated this month be too early in the process to advertise to or would 2,3,etc., months be too old?
