Tenants occupied rentals needs to be financed and sold
Hey guys, we have few rental homes -leased with annual contracts in Columbia, Maryland (Howard county). Good tenants, paying accurately and keeping property in good condition. We wanted to sell those homes to them. But they have foreclosure records in credit , just recently. Credit is low. What would be the best way to find funding for them?
If not possible, we open it to sell anyone who is interested.
