How to locate the Trustee of a Real Estate Trust?

Does anybody know a way of tracking down the trustee of a real estate trust, aside of the obvious "drop a letter in the mail to the address / PO Box where on the tax record"?

I'm trying to find the contact info for the trustee of a name like the "John Q. Public Real Estate Trust" with an address in the assessors records of PO Box 123 AnyTown, MA.
