Palm Beach County Fix & Flip

Hello Everyone.

Im a Residential Realtor and newbie investor in the palm beach county area. I just closed on my second Fix & Flip this year which i feel was a home run. We are in a extremely competitive market, but if you take the time to learn and put in the work you will find deals! My cash on cash returns have varied from 15%-44%. Id love to hook up with like minded individuals to teach, and learn from. I understand the market, construction, and what it takes to flip a house. I have some capital, and a lot of motivation to grow my company. I have found my deals on the MLS and currently have some off market deals id love to buy but i dont have enough capital yet. Looking for some advice on hard money loans or other ways to get some more capital.
