Leveling up with a Condo conversion

As a relatively new investor I was presented with an opportunity to go into a larger deal than anything I've considered before. This opportunity would be for the renovation of a small multi-family into a larger multi-family via condo conversion. I'm now looking for more places to "do my homework" and learn the ins-and-outs of larger real estate deals. While I found the basic calculators on the BP website, I'm now looking for the more advanced version that takes into account things like "costs of money," nuances in ARV calculations for multi-family upgrades, and rules of thumb for construction budgets. Thanks!

Respect,

-Greg
