Do bidding wars still occur?
So, the agent who showed me the house I wanted, did a horrible job keeping in communication. Now the house is under contract, I want to k ow if we can also place an offer...to allow a type of bidding war for the property? Or do I just hope and pray they let it go, since their due diligence is a short timeframe?
And can I post on here the name of amazing agents I met and the agent who is horrible, so anyone on here doesn’t make same mistake...?
