Understanding the assessors page abbreviations

I have a hard time understanding the abbreviations on the assessors page. when I go to  sale history and got to sell instrument some abbreviations I don't understand like CVD, CD,CJ,OTH can some one help ?

A couple of the codes you listed looked unusual, if you message me an example of a property with those codes I can try to figure out where they're coming from.
