Six unit analysis for a newbie
I am a new investor and i was hoping for some feedback on this property. Central Arkansas
Six 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom units
Every unit bad shape need about $6000 each rehab.
Asking $90000 , ARV should bring $140thousand per the bank.

Expenses 1680
Cash flow 720
