Awesome ARV - Should we Hold or Flip?

Ok, so we just purchase our first investment property with the BRRRR strategy in mind.

Here is how it played out:

Purchase $72k

Rehab $45k

Refinancing/cash out at $125k with a note at $861 tax and insurance included. There is about $110 additional expenses monthly.

Current rent is at $1435 with $464.00 positive cash  flow

ARV came back at $200k after appraisal!!!

Our strategy is to buy and hold for early retirement. Just wondering if we should sell and purchase more properties with the extra income?

Any seasoned advice out there??

Thanks in advance

Angel.
