Seller accepted my offer!

Hey all,

After years of reading, years of saving, years of podcasts, ive finally put an offer in on a house in which the dealer accepted! Not sure how to feel as it is my first one. 

I missed out on a sister house to it last week as my deal was beaten, this house located one block over is newer, new floor, new hvac, new roof, freshly painted, for only 10k more, plus a garage. Realtor told me today the seller accepted my offer.

My immediate plans are, move in, rent out the rooms (3bd/2bath).

I have 2 guys whom Ive known and lived with for a year say they move in

Thoughts on having people you know move in??
