What's more important? Cash on Cash Return or Monthly Cash flow?
I pulled an offier on a Multi-Family property after finding out (adding) about snow removal in Western, Mass because the Cash on Cash % (CoC) dropped from 12.5 to 8% but the monthly cash flow was over $400. Thoughts/Advise?
