wholesaling a home under contract with a LLC

ok so this person another wholesaler has the home under contract as a LLC on the contract for the home

so can I now get that person under contract and then assign it to my buyer 

will things still work because its the seller then the wholesaler and then me and then my buyer so can things be done as long as i get the contract signed to me
