BRRRR strategy second property
I am getting ready to start looking for a second investment property. Currently in an owner occupied duplex, looking to do the same with the next purchase, but I plan to incorporate the BRRRR strategy. I can get pre approved for a 15% down payment (but I plan to do 20%) owner occupied purchase + rehab loan. Is this type of loan ideal for this strategy?
