Over the last 18 years I have purchase real estate (HUD fixer-upper rent and sell, 6 unit apartment, duplex and single family home) I currently have 1 duplex, 3 single family home and a commercial building all within the state in which I reside. I have just receive an opportunity to purchase areal estate portfolio which is in another state, it consists of duplex, quadplex, 17 unit apartment complex, and single family home. I have not check out the area (it is in Atlanta, GA). I have never done such a large venture and don't know where to begin. All advice is welcome. If purchase I would be looking for investor (s).
