Shortsale Agent conspired w/ owners?

N.A N.A.

Experts,
I am sensing that the seller's agent on a shortsale property is conspiring w/ the owners and not forwarding any offers to the bank. We have submitted an offer w/ full asking price and heard nothing for about 60 days, then the property was taken off the market. Recently, the house was placed back on the market w/ the same asking price and this time a quick response from lender is posted in the description, yet again we submitted a full asking price offer and heard nothing. To add to that, the agent was refusing to show the property for a while...and under pressure from my agent, we were finally able to view the property after we submitted the 2nd offer. And the listing agent kept telling my agent that the offer was submitted but after more pressure, we were sent a copy of the executed contract (signed by the owners) and we were told that the listing agent is going to submit the offer....and have been waiting ever since.

What's surprising is that the house is well valued and I have a hard time believing that they have not received any other offer other than ours. Usually houses in this neighborhood donot last more than a week on the market. What's also interesting is that we found out from searching online that the Realtor and the owners are of the same immigrant background and are also friends on Facebook. Could the agent betray the bank and not forward any offers (ours and other's) and allow the owners who live in a different house to buy some more time to try to work out a deal w/ the bank? Can I do anything since I have been waiting months and this would be my primary residence?

Thx,
NC
