Refinancing AFTER Owner Financing
I have the opportunity to buy a property with owner financing and 20% down.
How quickly after a purchase could I refinance out of that Owner Financing to a traditional mortgage? Is there a set time or rule that banks use?
I'd like to get my down payment capital back from the purchase and buy a couple smaller properties with that.
Thank you for the guidance!
