marketing companies to find leads
HI everyone!
I am very new to this amazing business of RE investing. At the moment I am scrambling to get good leads for fix/flip properties. It is hard to find good ones out there. Having a full time job makes it even more challenging. Recently I have found few marketing companies that do marketing and cold calling etc for the investor. Most recent one I came across is Execudesk. Again since I am very time limited and do not have too much time making calls and driving myself I am wondering if it is a good idea to hire someone like those guys. If anyone has done it before please would love if you can share any feedback, thank you!!
