Can I Assign/Wholesale a Lis Penden?

There is a home that is currently under the initial processes of Foreclosure. I live in Florida and I'm not sure if it would be possible that the courts would approve the transaction. Do I even need any approval or just a Investor friendly Title Company? Thank you for your help.
