Converting 3 Family to 3 Condos...Anyone?

Hello Everyone, has anyone converted or tried to convert a Multi family (Triple Decker) to condos while carrying a Mortgage in Boston/Mass? If not in Boston, maybe somewhere else in the US? Any leads to this procedure or details i can start with will be appreciated. best, T

Sounds like you'd be dealing with a condo conversion, which is somewhat common and totally doable, but there's a lot of moving parts to that kind of deal.  

A RE attorney with experience in subdivision and development within your city / county would be your first place to start.
