Do you or anyone you know own a laundromat?

Dear BiggerPockets community,

I came across a nice little deal.  8 units in North Philly.  2 are commercial and 6 are residential.  One of the commercial units is a laundromat grossing $2800/month.  The owner is willing to include all the equipment in the deal.

As of right now I don't know anything about laundromats.  Before I move further I would like to educate myself.

I'm reaching out to see if you or anyone you know owns a laundromat?

Can I please have their info?

I would be more than willing to take them to coffee or send them some badass books on expanding their consciousness if they are willing to help.
