today I'm seeing my attorney about revising a contract to use for terms on the buyer side and on the assignment side. I have been looking forward to seeing him in regards to structuring my paperwork and agreements. Do you think its necessary to have an attorney structure this? I know the answer is yes, but I'm just wondering what all your thoughts are!
