Purchasing 2/3s of a trust in Santa Clara, CA

Posted

Hello Bigger Pockets community. I found a deal where the seller(s) would like to liquidate 2/3s of a trust. One of the three joint tenants of the trust does not want to sell. The other two joint tenants are now retired and would like to cash out. The property consists of two duplexes, each unit is 2 bedrooms 1 bath. I'm trying to work out a deal that would be best for all parties involved, and would like to hear the opinion of the bigger pockets community. There are potentially a lot of intricacies of such a deal and I am just getting started with REI. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide that could help me out. I'd be happy to provide more details, didn't want this initial post to get too long.
